  12. There's been some conversation recently. I (and others) use "Teach 
  13. Yourself OWL Programming in 21 Days" by Ian Spencer (SAMS Publishing), 
  14. and like it a lot.  Chock full of code and tips.  Worth the $50.

  16. From what I understand about 4.51/4.52, there's only some additional 
  17. headers that allow you to code for 32 bit apps. No substantial changes. 
  18. I've got the upgrade, but I'm still using 4.51.
